No returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, Kuaxi does not accept returns on any handmade skincare product, used or unused.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Damaged or wrong item received

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
