By accessing or using kuaxi.in (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, scent and shape are natural and not defects. Product images are illustrative.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch. Shipping timelines may vary due to courier or regional conditions.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, photography and product designs on this Site are the property of Kuaxi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Kuaxi is not liable for any allergic reaction caused by ingredients listed transparently on the product page. Please review ingredients and patch-test before use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
